I already checked out but need to change my order.
We are not able to make changes to orders, however if you let us know soon enough we may be able to cancel your current order so you can place a new order with the correct products. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

I need to cancel my order.
If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order for you.

How do I return an item?
Please note that all sales are final. We want to keep the prices of our products as low as possible, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for any reason other than a product which was damaged during shipping. If you did receive a damaged product, send us an email at sales@bioforceherbs.com within 7 days and we will get back to you with instructions for claiming a refund.

Where does bioforceherbs.com ship to?
This website only ships to states located within the United States. If you live outside this area, please contact us at sales@bioforceherbs.com and find out if we can ship to your country.

Are your products cruelty free?
Yes, all of our products are 100% cruelty free and never tested on animals.

Are your products vegan?
